I like the Cosmo 1.0 pillow much better than the balance 2.0 that I was given when I purchased the mattress. The 2.0 balance pillow was dense, comfortable, yet I woke up with a sore neck.the Cosmo ,1.0 pillow is much softer and lower. I look forward to sleeping on it tonight!
